Return policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can return a product if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • It is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.


2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, worn, or washed items

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable

  • Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery


3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@kinderglam.in within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos of the product (in case of damage or defect)

  3. After review and approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will bear the shipping cost.

  • For all other valid returns (e.g., size issue, change of mind), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


5. Return Inspection & Approval

Returned items will be inspected once received. Refunds or exchanges will be initiated only if the product passes the quality check.


6. Exchange Option

We offer exchanges for the same or similar product (subject to availability). If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.


7. Important Notes

  • Do not return any product without receiving a confirmation email from us.

  • Reverse pickup is available in selected PIN codes. If not available, you may need to self-ship the product.

  • Products damaged due to improper use or neglect are not eligible for return.
