If the order is not yet dispatched, we will cancel it immediately and initiate a full refund.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may still be eligible to return the product after delivery under our Return Policy.
COD orders can be cancelled before shipment by emailing info@kinderglam.in.
Repeated cancellation of COD orders without valid reason may lead to account restrictions.
