Cancellation policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at info@kinderglam.in.

  • If the order is not yet dispatched, we will cancel it immediately and initiate a full refund.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • You may still be eligible to return the product after delivery under our Return Policy.


3. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled before shipment by emailing info@kinderglam.in.

  • Repeated cancellation of COD orders without valid reason may lead to account restrictions.


4. Order Cancellation by Kinder Glam

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment issues

  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

6. Important Notes

  • Orders once cancelled cannot be reinstated.
