Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • A refund request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Customised or personalised items


3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at info@kinderglam.in with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Product Name

    • Reason for return

    • Photo(s) of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

  2. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to courier the product to our return address.

  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.


4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be made to your bank/card/wallet.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be made via bank transfer (you must provide your bank details).


5. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of damaged/incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by us.


6. Cancellation Before Shipping

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please email us at info@kinderglam.in as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will initiate a full refund immediately.
